All customer invoices are stored on our electronic accounting system. Details stored include full name, address, telephone and email. It is our strict policy that these details are protected against the Data Protection Act 1998.

 

In addition, each invoice is in hard copy for our records. We do not intend to keep the hard copies for longer than is necessary.

 

In the event of correspondence being discarded of with the customers details on, it shall be shredded.
