• [ Right to Cancel ]

In accordance with the distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing your order. If goods have been dispatched before you cancel, you must send the product(s) back to us unopened.

 

 

• [ Returns Policy ]

You may return your product within 28 days. If the product is unopened you can request an exchange or a full refund. Where the product has been opened, it must be proven that there is a fault in the production. We do not return any sheet music where there has been damage caused in carriage or where the damage has been accidental by the customer.

 

 

• [ Terms of Payment ]

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro, American Express, Nochex, PayPal and cash. Payment by any other means is not supported. Do not end your credit/debit card information by email as it is not secure. We can provide a secure payment link if necessary, else use the Buy Now buttons on our website. Payment in full is required before product is despatched.

All music is send 1st class using Royal Mail and usually shipped the next business day depending on stock availability.
